nWe are looking for a responsible and experienced **Housekeeping In-Charge** to supervise and manage housekeeping operations within the hospital. The candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained across all areas.n
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in wards, OP areas, OT, and common spaces
- Monitor and maintain infection control and sanitation standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of housekeeping areas
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and usage
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols and discipline
- Handle complaints related to cleanliness and take corrective action
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- *Requirements:**




- Any Degree / Diploma (Hospital Administration preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital housekeeping supervision
- Knowledge of hospital cleaning standards and infection control practices
- Positive leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle staff discipline and operations
