- *Position: Electrical Trainer**
- *Location:** Kuppam
- *Job Type:** Full-time
- *Joining:** Immediate Joiner Preferred
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver hands-on training and classroom sessions to Diploma / ITI students in **Electrical trade** as per the prescribed curriculum and training calendar.
- Provide **theoretical and practical** exposure on topics such as **wiring, circuit diagrams, electrical maintenance, and electrical machines**.
- Facilitate learning on **safety protocols**, equipment usage, and industry-standard electrical practices.
- Prepare students for job readiness through **skill assessments**, **mock tests**, and **practical assignments**.
- Assist students in **project work** related to the electrical domain.




- Maintain training records, attendance, and student performance reports as per SkillSonics guidelines.
- Coordinate with the centre team to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
- *Preferred Qualifications & Background:**
- **Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering** from a recognised institution is required.
- **Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on industry experience** in electrical maintenance, installations, or related domains.
- Prior experience as a **Trainer or Faculty in the Skill Development Sector** or Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) is desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in **Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English**.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and motivate students towards career progression.
