Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the gaming industry, 3D design, and EdTech platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual design portfolio, a deep understanding of interactive media, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging visual assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to create compelling designs that enhance user experience and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities Design high-quality visual assets for games, including UI/UX elements, in-game graphics, characters, environments, and promotional creatives.

Develop 3D models, textures, and visual elements aligned with project requirements and performance constraints.

n

Create engaging and user-centric designs for EdTech platforms, including course interfaces, dashboards, and learning modules.

n

Collaborate with game developers, instructional designers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

n

Produce marketing creatives such as social media visuals, banners, presentations, and ad creatives.

n

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.

n

Optimize designs for multiple devices and platforms (mobile, web, tablet).

n

Stay updated with industry trends in gaming, 3D design, and digital learning experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.

n

3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to gaming and EdTech industries.

n

Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Blender, Maya, or similar 3D software.

n

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, especially in interactive and gamified environments.

n

Experience in creating 3D assets, rendering, and basic animation.

n

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

n

Strong portfolio showcasing game design, 3D work, and digital product designs.

n

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

n

Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

n

Familiarity with gamification strategies in EdTech platforms.

n

Basic understanding of front-end design constraints (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus).
