About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design high-quality visuals for marketing, branding, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, understand user behavior, and be eager to continuously learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities
Design social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, etc.)
Create website banners, landing page assets, and UI elements
Work on branding materials (logos, brand guidelines, presentations)
Design email templates, PDFs, and marketing assets
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
Ensure all designs are visually consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
Optimise creatives for performance and engagement
Stay updated with design trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust experience with design tools:
Figma
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Positive understanding of:
Typography
Color theory
Layout & composition
Experience designing for social media and web
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly




Robust attention to detail

Valuable to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Understanding of marketing funnels and ad creatives
Experience with HubSpot design manager or CMS design
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design handoff)
