About SkinBae

SkinBae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and education-led marketing.

We are growing fast, and the team we build now will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand.

Role overview

This role is about creating and executing visual content across platforms. You will work across static design, short-form video, and basic motion to support social media, campaigns, marketplaces, and marketing communication.

You don’t need to be a full time video editor, but you should be comfortable working with video formats and motion. You will collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life visually.

What you will own

- Designing social media creatives including posts, carousels, and stories
- Creating visuals for Reels, Shorts, and other video formats
- Editing short-form videos and adding basic motion elements
- Designing campaign creatives for launches, sales, and paid ads




- Creating marketplace and website banners and promotional visuals
- Supporting CRM creatives such as email and WhatsApp designs
- Working on retail and offline creatives when required
- Ensuring consistency in visual identity across all platforms
- Managing feedback and delivering work on time

What we are looking for

- 2 to 5 years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio with both static and video or motion work
- Experience designing for social media and digital platforms
- Working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and video or motion tools
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and basic motion
- Ability to balance speed with quality and attention to detail
