As we expand our India commercial operations, we are seeking a performance-driven Category Manager to own and lead the avocado portfolio. Role Purpose: We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Category Manager to: - Own and lead the avocado portfolio in India - Drive consistent weekly container placements - Protect and deliver gross margin targets - Strengthen and expand buyer relationships - Ensure adherence to HQ-approved payment terms and credit policies Technical Skills:
- Drive and exceed category revenue and margin goals - Build a reliable weekly container placement engine. - Identify new buyer segments and growth opportunities. - Codify and scale a disciplined sales execution playbook. - Serve as the India market voice to leadership.
