Job Title: Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure is a critical leadership role responsible for Network, Server, and Database Operations supporting Medline’s global healthcare manufacturing, distribution, and corporate systems. This role ensures 24x7 availability, security, compliance, and resilience of infrastructure platforms that enable Medline’s mission of delivering high‑quality healthcare products and services worldwide.

The role leads multi‑disciplinary infrastructure teams in India, partners with global IT and business stakeholders, and ensures infrastructure services meet healthcare industry standards, internal security policies, and operational SLAs across regions including North America, Europe, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations Leadership

Own end‑to‑end operations for Network, Server, and Database Infrastructure supporting Medline’s manufacturing plants, distribution centers, corporate offices, and digital platforms.
Ensure high availability, performance, stability,



and security of infrastructure platforms across on‑premises and public cloud environments.
Lead incident, problem, and escalation management for critical infrastructure impacting healthcare supply chain and business operations.
Ensure network reliability and segmentation to support healthcare manufacturing, logistics, and corporate workloads.
Partner with security teams to enforce network security controls aligned with Medline’s security policies.
Govern Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, cost optimization, performance, and secure operations for healthcare workloads.
Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives while maintaining stability of legacy platforms supporting regulated environments.
Ensure solid practices for backup, recovery, patching, high availability, and performance tuning for business‑critical databases.
