Job Overview We are seeking a agile and driven Business Development Executive to promote and expand our Industrial Io T and Energy Management Solutions . The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in manufacturing, energy, logistics, and other industrial and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding and sales expertise to effectively communicate the value of our Industrial Io T products and services Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, partner and retailers. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the energy management and Io T sectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver Io T-based energy management solutions that meet customer needs. Understand client requirements and propose tailored Io T solutions. Conduct presentations, product demos,



and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market penetration objectives. Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in Io T. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts. Represent the company at trade shows, industrial expos, and networking events. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in B2 B sales / business development , ideally in Industrial Io T Solutions . Strong understanding of Industrial Io T applications (e.g., SCADA integration, sensors, data analytics, smart meters and cloud platforms etc.).
