- Procurement of parts for different commodity , Electrical/ Electronic , TRIM ,Proprietary ,DAC and Hardware etc
- Inventory optimization # By Adding by changing procurement JIS/JIT and planning Bill of material
- Procurement strategy as per ABC part category
- Cost optimization techniques (Cost saving through logistics /packaging /IMCR/by changing SOB/by changing Shift Location.
- Asterisk confirmation on SCP)
- Project management
- Change Management project/ECN smooth SOP/ implementation
- Supplier relationship
- Adherence of MPP production plan
- Confirmation and enhancement of carryover as well as CDMM parts
- Inventory target
- Handling of subcontracting material
- Asterisks constraints, derisking of supplier with the help of capacity and SSU team
- Digital Supply chain management (MRP/MM module /SRM)
