We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior PCD Pharma Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in the PCD Pharma sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for PCD Pharma products to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and marketing principles.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Marg for Pharma.
