We Are Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

We are looking for young, confident, and driven Business Development Executives with strong convincing abilities and excellent communication skills. If you enjoy interacting with clients, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great opportunity for you.

This is an inside sales / client-facing role where qualified leads will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert them into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with qualified leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service offerings
- Build rapport with potential clients and maintain professional communication
- Demonstrate solid persuasion and deal-closing abilities
- Coordinate internally for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve assigned sales targets

Ideal Candidate

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills




✔ Confident personality with good convincing ability
✔ Quick thinker who can handle client objections
✔ Sales-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
✔ Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or business development is a plus

Compensation

- ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed Salary)
- Performance-based incentives on sales

Work Details

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office (Inside Sales Role)

Working Hours

- Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off

Growth Opportunity
