Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Role Objective:− To drive Corporate CTC & Direct vehicle sales within the assigned zone by managing key accounts, executing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring timely deliveries and end-to-end coordination. − The role is focused on growing Mahindra’s share in PSU, and large corporate segments while supporting initiatives related to leasing, EVs, and retail activations through Key Account Management
Key Responsibilities:1.Corporate Sales− Engage with PSUs, and large corporates to drive bulk & CTC sales.− Identify and engage institutional customers for EV adoption.− Connect with Corporates to shape CTC policies for EVs and SUVs− Ensure seamless coordination from order placement to delivery.2. Leasing & Corporate Channel Engagement− Support leasing partner relationships in the zone.− Ensure penetration of innovative leasing schemes and programs.− Address operational issues related to leasing and escalate as required.3.
Corporate Retail Support − Facilitate ATL/BTL activations in coordination with the retail team across key corporates − Monitor performance of exchange programs in the zone.− Monitor effectiveness of corporate schemes4. Customer Relationship & Issue Resolution− Develop long-term customer relationships and act as a single point of contact for key accounts.− Resolve issues related to pricing, billing, logistics, and vehicle performance in coordination with internal teamsPreferred Industries

Graduate / Post-GraduateGeneral Experience
10–12 years’ experience in B2B sales- preferably AutomotiveCritical Experience
Solid understanding of the automotive sales ecosystem, especially corporate sector.Experience in working with leasing companies and fleet customers is preferred.
