Job Summary

Connecting Dots ERP is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Trainer to deliver practical and industry-focused training sessions to students and working professionals.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy teaching and want a flexible freelance opportunity to share their knowledge and real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive HR training sessions (online and offline)
- Deliver both theoretical and practical knowledge with real-time examples
- Train on core HR functions and industry practices
- Prepare training materials, PPTs, assignments, and case studies
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Guide and mentor students throughout the training program
- Maintain an engaging and positive learning environment
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends, tools, and compliance practices

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Generalist, Payroll, etc.)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain HR concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools, onboarding, and documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and HR dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA in HR or relevant HR certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching
- Exposure to corporate HR practices or training institutes

Job Details

- Work Mode: In-person (Thane) + Online Option
- Schedule: Flexible (Weekday / Weekend batches)
- Session Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours per session
