Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in the Western suburbs of Mumbai for Social Media Analysts / Social Media Analytics vertical head. The individual will oversee the development and execution of social media analytics strategies, perform in-depth social media measurement, and assess campaign performance. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, generating actionable insights, and developing strategies to improve client ROI on social efforts.
This role involves working closely with clients, navigating social media marketing tools, and leveraging social networking platforms to create effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Social Media Measurement and evaluation of marketing campaigns
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Networking platforms
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinking with the ability to lead and oversee projects effectively
- Familiarity with media analytics tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
