Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Lead Fullstack Developer based in the Pune Division. The Lead Fullstack Developer will oversee the development of scalable software solutions, contributing to both front-end and back-end development. Responsibilities include designing, coding,



testing, and maintaining applications, as well as leading a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and involvement in strategy to enhance technical architecture will also be required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 senior engineers across AI, Salesforce, and full-stack development
Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for Confidential company's product portfolio
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical delivery timelines
Collaborate closely with product management and design teams
Guide technical hiring and team scaling decisions
Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards
Lead technical discussions with university clients and stakeholders
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and development methodolog
