Training & Salary Structure

Training Period: 3 Months (Unpaid Training)

- Hands-on learning in IT services, client handling, and sales process

Internship Period: 3 Months (Post Training)

- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Full-Time Opportunity:

- Based on performance during training and internship
- Salary:



₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
- Uncapped performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Promote software development and digital marketing services
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Follow up with leads and assist in deal closures
- Maintain sales records and client communication
- Work towards monthly targets and business growth

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Confident in speaking with clients
- Interested in sales, business development, and client interaction
- Willing to work onsite in Bengaluru
