- Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, and clinical status
- Assist in managing critically ill transplant patients
- Administer medications, including immunosuppressants, as prescribed
- *2. Pre-Transplant Care**
- Prepare patients for transplant procedures
- Assist in diagnostic tests and evaluations
- Ensure proper documentation and consent procedures
- *3. Post-Transplant Care**
- Monitor for signs of rejection, infection, or complications
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques
- Assist in wound care and post-surgical recovery

- Administer IV/IM/oral medications accurately

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Assist in maintaining transplant registry data if required
- *7. Patient & Family Education**
- Educate patients about post-transplant care, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care guidance
- *8. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with doctors, transplant coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in ward rounds and case discussions
