We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager with 2+ years of agency experience to join us full-time at our Jodhpur office. The ideal candidate has a solid command over English, excellent research skills, and can independently execute content basics (simple graphics, quick edits, basic shoots). You should also have hands-on performance marketing experience and understand how content and ads work together to drive results. Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy for multiple clients across industries
- Create monthly content calendars with strong hooks, captions, and clear creative direction
- Conduct deep research on trends, competitors, audiences, and content formats to improve performance
- Coordinate with design, video, and production teams to ensure timely and on-brand output
- Write high-quality copy in English for posts, reels, ads, carousels, and stories
- Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta and - Google: targeting, creatives, budgets, optimization - Track performance, pull insights, and build basic reports
- Handle posting schedules, community management,



and basic reporting/insights
- Execute basic on-ground shoots, quick edits, and simple graphics when required Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience as a Social Media Manager / Account Manager (social)
- Portfolio is a must (links to work, brand pages handled, creatives, ads results, case studies)
- Great command over English (writing and speaking both)
- Extremely strong research skills (trend spotting, competitor research, audience insights)
- Performance marketing skills required: Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, optimization
- Understanding of key metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and how to improve them
- Ability to create basic graphics and edits (Canva is okay for basics, but you should understand good design)
- Ability to shoot basic content independently (phone shoots are fine if quality and framing are strong)
- Strong time-management, ownership, and teamwork skills
- Must have your own laptop
- Must be based in Jodhpur (or willing to relocate immediately for an on-site role) Benefits:
