- *Role Description**

nThis is a full time, on-site role for a New Product Development (NPD) Engineer, based in Pune City. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new products, improving existing systems, and overseeing end-to-end product development processes. The role involves creating detailed technical documentation, testing prototypes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs meet performance, quality, and safety standards.



The NPD Engineer will actively collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of projects.n
- *Qualifications**
- Proficiency in product design, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and 3D modeling
- Experience in prototyping, testing, and evaluating product designs
- Strong understanding of materials, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to conduct market research and feasibility studies for new product development
- Project management skills, including planning, organization, and cross-functional team coordination
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and technical documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automation industry or similar domains is a plus
