nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Export Executive** to handle communication with overseas buyers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely shipment.n
The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and basic knowledge of export and logistics processes.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the main point of contact for overseas buyers
- Handle buyer communication via email and calls in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams
- Provide regular updates on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules
- Track orders from order confirmation to final shipment
- Ensure timely dispatch of shipments
- Handle basic export documentation and coordination
- Visit units within Tiruppur when required
- Address buyer queries and resolve issues promptly
- *Key Requirements:**
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (garment/export preferred)
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Basic understanding of logistics, shipping, and export documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel within Tiruppur for coordination
- *Preferred Skills:**
- Experience handling international buyers
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing / export cycle
- Good coordination and organizational skills
