Travel: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

n

- Create,Implement and track M&E; and Impact Assessment plans
- Maintain and analyse program data for quality and insights
- Clean and manage data; align with project deliverables
- Create dashboards and reports (quarterly/half-yearly/annual)
- Use tools like Adv Exl,Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics etc.
- Conduct student/alumni interactions and surveys for impact tracking
- Develop questionnaires and support data systems/database creation
- Prepare daily updates and maintain trackers

Skills Required

n
- Strong communication ( English)
- Good understanding of education/training sector and NGO sector
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and dashboard tools
- Creative, detail-oriented, and community-driven

n

Qualification

nGraduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work preferred)n

Job Type: Full-time

n

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
