Designation: Vice President - Risk Manager

- Design, build, and maintain high-quality infrastructure platforms and services that meet business, performance, availability, and scalability requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate technologies and architectures to support current and future business needs.
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, using data to continuously reduce mean time to detect and resolve (MTTD/MTTR).
- Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure delivery to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase system resilience.
- Ensure infrastructure platforms are designed and operated with strong security controls, protecting systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Desired Profile

- Proven experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering, ideally within large-scale, enterprise or financial services environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
- Hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure.
- Expertise in reliability engineering, monitoring, observability, incident management, and post-incident analysis.
