Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive - Food at Easychem India Private Limited, your main responsibility will be to identify and pursue sales opportunities within the food and hospitality sectors. You will be located in Mayur Vihar and expected to maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and prepare sales reports. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the food and hospitality sectors
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products
- Use CRM tools effectively to track sales progress and manage customer interactions
- Travel within assigned regions to meet clients and explore new business opportunities
Qualifications Required:
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of key industries such as food, hospitality, and cleaning solutions
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Prior experience in FMCG or chemical distribution is advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
