Job Description

Primary Function of Position:





The Sr Business System Analyst will act as Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as primary source for Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.

Roles And Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Workday platform.
Configure and design Workday HCM functional areas, including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process, and security.
Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration platform.
Involved in building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, Workday studio, and orchestration.
Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide ISI business teams with a cost-efficient proposal
