Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - CA for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, analyze financial data, and prepare reports. Responsibilities include managing audits, budgets, strategic planning, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.



The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Skilled qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Financial expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Proficiency in auditing practices and internal controls, ensuring organizational compliance and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on strategic financial planning.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred in addition to CA certification.
