Job Summary:*

nWe are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our presence across leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq. The role involves end-to-end account management, sales planning, performance tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.n
Key Responsibilities:*
Manage and oversee key e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq.
Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility across platforms.
Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, deals, and brand visibility initiatives.
Ensure timely inventory planning and stock availability in alignment with demand forecasts.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, finance,



and operations.
Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Competencies:*
Robust experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Working knowledge of SAP for order management, inventory tracking, or billing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
High attention to detail and execution focus.
Preferred Qualifications:*
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in fashion, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage.

Sales growth and revenue achievement
Platform-wise performance metrics
Inventory turnover and stock availability
Campaign performance and ROI
Order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
