We are hiring an experienced Aerosol Filling Machine Operator / Technician.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at our Aerosol Plant located in Alwar. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting systems, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and performing industrial and repair-focused tasks. Maintaining plant machinery and ensuring optimal performance to support production will be at the core of the role.
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
Solid skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks within industrial settings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to machinery and production processes
Ability to follow safety protocols and standards diligently
Diploma or technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
Previous experience in plant maintenance, preferably in an aerosol or chemical manufacturing setting, is a plus
Ability to work in office in Alwar and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Experience: 3–7 years
Skills: Pneumatics, compressors, preventive & breakdown maintenance
