Business Strategy Analyst.*
WHAT YOULL DO:*

nThe Business Strategy Analyst will focus on building, maintaining, and improving operational and business intelligence reporting. This role is responsible for transforming manual reporting into automated dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time insights to business leaders. The ideal candidate is technically robust, detail-oriented, and eager to continuously enhance reporting as business needs evolve.n
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):*

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports primarily using Power BI.
Own recurring operational and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources including Salesforce, HRIS systems (e.g., ADP), and Excel.
Partner with operational leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Continuously improve dashboards as current KPIs, questions, and business needs emerge.




Ensure data integrity and usability across all reporting outputs Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis across operations and functional teams
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):*
bachelors degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report creation and data modeling
Working knowledge of SQL (junior to intermediate level)
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage recurring deliverables and prioritize work independently
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience):*
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Exposure to HR, operational, or workforce data
Familiarity with other BI tools such as Tableau
Experience automating or improving existing reporting processes
