Job Title: Risk & Control Officer – IWPB, GIFT City

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Role purpose

Support IWPB’s GIFT City business by strengthening the end-to-end control workplace, ensuring key risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and remediated. You’ll partner with Business, Operations, Compliance, FCC, Risk, and Technology to deliver a robust, regulator-ready control framework aligned to Confidential company’s risk appetite and local regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Risk & control framework (1st line)
Own and maintain the IWPB GIFT City Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCA) and control inventory for the business.
Identify inherent risks across products, channels, client segments, and processes; ensure controls are designed effectively and operating as intended.
