Accountabilities Scope of work

Programming

Programming of Allen Bradly & Siemens PLC and operator Graphics Systems

Design Architecture

Design System Architecture, DCS & PLC Logic, control panels, and motor controls. Studio-5000 v.28 RS Logix-5000, RS-500, CCW-10

Schedule Maintenance

Prepare & review JB schedule, Cable Schedule, air header schedule, Instrument Index, Instrument hook up drawings.

Safety First

Overall responsibility for safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.

Trouble Shooting

Trouble shooting of Servo Drives of B&R; ACOPOS make.
Trouble shooting of Tetrapak brick filling filler electrical and mechanical problems
Trouble shooting of process areas equipment’s like Juice blending section, Milk Processing, Flavoured Milk, CIP Sections

Breakdown Management

Attending breakdown including PLC Drives, HMI, SCADA & Instrumentation

Documentation

Managing documentation related to PLC, SCADA & Instrumentation related to various compliances & audits.

GMP/GHK activities

To ensure effective implementation of GMP, HK, FSM and pest control services on shop floor

- Implement and monitor GMP, HK, FSM,



and pest control services on the shop floor.

- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of PLC & SCADA Automation Systems.
- Expertise in Logix programming, analytical skills, and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Functional expertise in logic development, HMI, PLC & SCADA automation, and network protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for instrumentation challenges.
- Experience in managing a team and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ability to monitor and achieve energy efficiency targets, with a focus on DG efficiency.
- Commitment to safety and a track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
- Desirable certifications: PLC & SCADA Programming.
