Jobs & Responsibilities

- You will be overall In charge of Manufacturing (Production)QC inspection at our factories at Nuh and will be responsible for timely and quality production from all shop floors of factories (3 combined units).
- You will take care for training to all semiskilled, skilled and highly skilled workforces for our factory. All the new recruitments should have proper induction and training programmes for all this you will keep on coordination with AM (HR).
- You will read and illustrate to others, Machine and Assembly Drawings, Estimation and costing.

You will also arrange to make drawing on available software.

- You will attend and solve fitment/Quality problems facing by our erection staff at our sites/Pan India, will conduct training of erectors at factory related with fitment and alignment problems of equipments at our site.
- All internal ordering will be done in writing only by filling all columns of our printed formats.
- Will coordinate with purchase/store and all concerned to ensure availability of raw materials at all the times in all shop floors/open areas of our units. To ensure that production must not be suffered because of shortage of materials. .
- Will take/manage timely production from all (Including contractors) based on our/client requirements/Requisitions from H.O. and B.O.
- Will arrange to place internal ordering in factory for manufacturing and raise indents for purchasing/purchasing raw material/bought out items within 3 days of getting requisitions from H.O/B.O. will coordinate with ‘Commercial Offer cum Coordinator’.
- Shall be responsible for Q.C and Inspection reports, Lab Tests reports to prepare documents/reports related to all this etc.
- Must have handled/full exposure on Inspection Engineer, Q.C. Engineer and Lab Engineer.
- Will keep on discussion and manufacturing/purchasing/procuring all Items of each requisition parallelly so that all items (100%)



of all requisitions must be made on same time for dispatching materials of one requisition.
- Will give work to all production supervisors/Production engineers in writing daily and take report in evening of some day/next day morning.
- Everything will be in writing daily production reports (on our printed formats) will be given and taken from/ to all concerned.
- Will coordinate with AM (HR) and will plan for overtime hours, Sunday/Holidays working and Manpower requirements and allocation.

Job Location: Factory at Nuh, Mewat Haryana (35 km from Gurugram)

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering from Govt. Engineering/polytechnic. Do not put c.v. of candidates from private colleges/Polytechnics. Check it before putting c.v. to me.

Experience: 15 – 20 years of working as Production/Works Manager preferably in a MSME cos. only, having conventional machines (Likes Lathes, Shapers, Millers and Boring machines etc.) doing steel Fabrication. More experienced persons not to consider.

Age : 45 years +- But not above 50 years.

Must be (compulsory):

- Can relocate to Sohna/Nearby areas
- Preferably from “Cooling Towers/Chilling Plants” manufacturing cos. like/ Ex of Paharpur C/Ts, North Street C/Ts.
- MSME manufacturing/Capital goods/Plant & machineries/Assemblies (for example like Gearboxes, Transformers etc.), Engineering Equipments (not Instruments).
- manufacturing many/multi Items only, for example people from factories like ISGEC/Uttam (Ghaziabad) /Triveni/S.S Engineering (FBD), P.P Rolling mills (FBD), Recent Allenberry Works (FBD) etc etc.
- Can speak & write good English.

Should Not be from:

- Manufacturing single Item/product
- making Automobile Components/Complete Automobiles/vehicles
- Non Engineering Goods/Electronics Goods/Electrical Goods/Cables/Wires etc.
- Having CNC Machines.

Package: Rs. 10 to 12 LPA (CTC) depending on competency/experience of candidate. For extraordinary deserving candidate we can consider 10-15% extra also.

Joining time: Not more than 30 days.

Note: Will report to/take Instructions from a young management Executive of 30 yrs. of age besides from others from H.O/ B.O.
