Job Title: Fashion Design & Sales Executive

We are a made-to-order bespoke clothing brand seeking a talented qualified who can combine fashion design expertise with strong sales and client management skills. If you are an experienced and passionate about fashion design, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling—and also enjoy interacting with customers and driving sales—this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales

- Greet clients warmly and provide a premium, personalized experience.
- Understand customer needs thoroughly and recommend suitable fashion design options.
- Confidently present design ideas, fabric choices, and customization options.
- Convert walk-ins and online leads into confirmed orders using strong sales skills.
- Follow up with potential clients regularly to drive conversions and meet monthly sales targets.
- Be sales-oriented and proactive in achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Fashion Design Consultation & Product Knowledge

- Offer expert fashion design consultations based on trends, body types, and client preferences.
- Stay updated on latest fashion design trends, silhouettes, cuts, and bespoke detailing.
- Suggest appropriate fabrics and design elements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the production coordinator to ensure accurate design specifications and timely delivery.
- Contribute ideas for new collections, sampling, and overall fashion design improvements.

Store Growth & Walk-in Strategies

- Develop creative strategies to increase store walk-ins and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that highlight new designs and fabric launches.
- Provide proactive ideas for events, display changes, and seasonal design promotions.

Presentation & Professionalism

- Maintain excellent grooming standards that reflect the brand’s premium image.
- Ensure the store environment aligns with a luxury, made-to-order fashion design studio.
- Demonstrate proactive,



solution-oriented behavior in everyday operations.

Requirements and Skills:

- Qualifications: Bachelors in Fashion Design / Fashion Technology or Equivalent
- Strong interest and knowledge in fashion design, styling, and fabrics.
- Experienced minimum of 1 year
- Atleast Two year Experience in bespoke wear, fashion retail, or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate with production teams.
- Self-driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about achieving high performance.

- Salary starts: from Rs. 14000 per month upto Rs. 25000 per month

Other Details:

We work Monday to Sunday and any weekday can be opted as a week off.

Shift Time: Flexible (10 hours/day) between 10 am to 9 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- R.S.Puram South, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
