We are currently looking for a HR Executive (Fresher) from Coimbatore location - Work from Office.

n

- Responsible for End to End Recruitment, starting from sourcing candidates from job portals and other resources, scheduling interviews, Performing in-person and phone interviews, salary negotiation and follow-up till joining.
- Responsible for HR activities like Employee Management, Performance Appraisal, Attendance Management, Documentation, Onboarding and Exit process, Payroll Management and Handling employee grievance.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers who have completed MBA in HR are welcome. If not one should have Experience working as HR for 6 months to 1 Year.
- As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for expansion of sales through mediums like Email Marketing, LinkedIn and other Social Media.
