Job Title: Paid Executive Assistant (CA Firm)
Location: Delhi (with outstation audit travel as required)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a CA Firm

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in accounting, taxation, and audit. The candidate will play a key role in managing client assignments, supervising team members, and supporting senior professionals in delivering high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct and assist in Statutory Audits and related assignments
- Handle GST Compliance including return filing and reconciliation
- Manage Income Tax Filings for individuals and entities
- Oversee TDS Compliance including returns and related documentation
- Supervise and review day-to-day accounting activities
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 staff members
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

- CA Drop-out / CA Final (appearing or completed)




- Prior experience in a CA Firm is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Auditing
- Ability to handle multiple assignments independently
- Good leadership and team management skills

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel outside Delhi for audit assignments
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage client expectations

Service Agreement:

- A minimum service agreement of 2 years is mandatory for this position
