Job Title:* Paid Executive Assistant (CA Firm)
Location:* Delhi (with outstation audit travel as required)
Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience:* Minimum 2–4 years in a CA Firm
About the Role:*

nWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in accounting, taxation, and audit. The candidate will play a key role in managing client assignments, supervising team members, and supporting senior professionals in delivering high-quality financial services.n
Key Responsibilities:*
Conduct and assist in Statutory Audits and related assignments
Handle GST Compliance including return filing and reconciliation
Manage Income Tax Filings for individuals and entities
Oversee TDS Compliance including returns and related documentation
Supervise and review day-to-day accounting activities
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 staff members
Coordinate with clients and ensure timely completion of assignments
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Eligibility Criteria:*
CA Drop-out / CA Final (appearing or completed)
Prior experience in a CA Firm is mandatory




Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Auditing
Ability to handle multiple assignments independently
Positive leadership and team management skills
Additional Requirements:*
Willingness to travel outside Delhi for audit assignments
Ability to work under deadlines and manage client expectations
Service Agreement:*
A minimum service agreement of 2 years is mandatory for this position
