Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage candidate communication and follow-ups Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback Maintain recruitment trackers and reports Ensure a smooth candidate experience Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle Preferred Qualifications:
