Experience - Minimum 1 Year

Salary Budget - UPTO - 4LPA (Depends)

Skills - Focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill company vacancies.

Job Role:

- Finding qualified candidates through various sources
- Managing the entire process from initial screening to conducting interviews and final onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, salary benchmarks, and forecast future hiring needs
- Developing strategies to improve the company's reputation as a top-tier employer to attract passive talent.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
