Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications while mentoring development teams and ensuring best practices in architecture and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and React. Design and implement microservices-based architecture. Apply design patterns and best coding practices to build maintainable systems. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. Work closely with frontend teams to build responsive UI using React. Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with product managers, architects,
and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Java development. Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot. Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture. Good understanding of Design Patterns and System Design. Frontend development experience with React.js.

Experience working with AWS cloud services. Solid knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and integration patterns.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Cloud certifications (AWS) are a plus.
