Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations Lead or Specialist, based in Gurgaon. The role includes managing day-to-day HR activities related to onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will support HR processes and systems, ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and contribute to creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture.



Additional responsibilities may include coordinating performance reviews, facilitating workplace policies, and ensuring smooth operational procedures across the HR function.

Qualifications

HR Operations expertise, including onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management

n

Experience with employee engagement strategies and managing HR processes or systems

n

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

n

Familiarity with performance reviews, HR policies, and employee training initiatives

n

Ability to work on-site independently and collaborate across teams

n

Proficiency with HR tools and software

n

Prior experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
