Role: Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can lead design thinking and execution across multiple accounts, including government and political campaigns. This role needs strong conceptual ability, solid design skills, campaign understanding, and the ability to maintain high creative quality across outputs. The person should be able to think beyond single creatives and contribute to larger campaign communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead visual direction for social media campaigns and digital communication
- Create strong and scalable design systems for brands and campaign needs
- Turn complex government and political messaging into clear, impactful visuals
- Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, announcements, public communication, and brand content
- Oversee content calendar creatives and maintain output quality across formats
- Work closely with strategy, copy, and video teams to build strong campaign communication
- Review and guide junior and mid-level designers on design quality, layout, and execution
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in sensitive communication material
- Explore and improve new content formats such as Reels, Shorts, YouTube creatives, and AI-led design outputs
- Maintain strong visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and platform relevance in all work

Required Skills





- Solid design fundamentals in layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition
- Good understanding of social media design, campaign creatives, and digital communication
- Ability to simplify serious or complex topics into strong visual communication
- Strong conceptual thinking with practical execution understanding
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of motion/video-friendly design formats
- Basic understanding of AI tools for creative support and faster execution
- Strong understanding of communication strategy and audience behavior
- Good presentation and internal/client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in a digital, advertising, or creative agency (mandatory)
- Proven experience working on government and political campaigns (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio that shows campaign thinking, not just standalone posts
