10×10 Booths is a global exhibition partner headquartered in Texas, USA. We design, build, and deliver world-class exhibition environments for brands showcasing across international markets. We are currently in stealth mode and preparing for a launch this quarter, an exciting inflection point that opens up a world of creative possibilities.

As we build out our marketing team, we are looking for a talented Graphic & Visual Designer based in India to join us remotely.

The Graphic & Visual Designer will be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand visual design deliverables across print, digital, and experiential media, from social media campaigns and marketing collateral to exhibit graphics, branded merchandise, and even giveaways that represent 10×10 Booths on the global stage.

The role is fully remote with flexible working hours following India timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the creative and design lead within the Marketing team, owning the visual direction of the brand across all channels

· Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language for 10×10 Booths and its sister brands- Exhibit Merch, Swag Goodies, spanning brand campaigns, illustrations, motion graphics, and video

· Graphic Design: Conceptualize and produce all marketing collateral including logos, brochures, flyers, mailers, posters, newsletter templates, sales decks, and promotional materials for both print and digital use

· Social Media:



Design and maintain a consistent visual presence across all social media platforms in line with brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity of style and messaging across every post

· Video & Motion: Handle storyboarding and post-production for both real footage and animated content using motion graphics ensuring logical sequencing, smooth pacing, and on-brand delivery

· Apply strong knowledge of business presentations, print media, web media, and video editing to deliver polished outputs across every format

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and leadership to translate briefs into strong visual executions

Requirements

- Needs to have sound knowledge in both graphic designing and video editing- compiling videos and generate real footage or animated videos using own storyboard
- Minimum 1-3 years of skilled experience in the same field, video, and graphic designing.
- Good knowledge of Social media marketing and maintaining uniformity overall social media posts following brand guidelines
- Bachelor's degree from any academic institute in graphic design/ visual communication, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
- Strong, clean visual design sense
- Good knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-Design, Adobe After Effects etc
- Passion for people-centered design
- Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain technical knowledge staying up- to-date with emerging trends
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships
