This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Regional Manager based in Pattukkottai, with opportunities for some work from home.

The Regional

Manager will oversee and manage regional operations, develop strategies to achieve sales and operational goals, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring regional performance, engaging with key stakeholders, providing training and support to staff,



and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Qualifications

Robust leadership, team management, and organizational skills

n

Experience in sales and marketing strategy development and execution

n

Knowledge of market analysis and business development processes
