- *Role Description**
nThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development & Marketing professional based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, forging strategic partnerships, and executing marketing campaigns.
The individual will also nurture customer relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work closely with teams to achieve organizational goals.n
- *Qualifications**
- Solid Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
- Effective Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder interaction
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience in marketing campaigns and strategy development is an advantage
- Proficiency in tools for data analysis and marketing management
