Role Summary
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support travelers throughout their journey and ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience. This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel
Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met
Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendations
Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt action




Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities
Candidate Profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective problem-solving abilities with composure under pressure
Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Work Schedule
6-day work week
Rotational shifts and weekly offs
