Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Insurance, specifically in underwriting processes and/or financial systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution documentation, with the ability to collaborate across actuarial, underwriting, finance, and IT stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
6–12 years of robust experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
Drive requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution documentation for Life Insurance business and technology initiatives.
Collaborate extensively with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate solution design.
Demonstrate deep understanding of Life Insurance underwriting processes and/or financial systems.
Manage exposure to regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and system implementation activities.
Contribute to solution design and, where applicable, database architecture discussions.




Ensure excellent stakeholder communication and produce high-quality documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
6–12 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
Deep understanding of Life Insurance underwriting processes or financial systems (one or both).
Proven experience in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution documentation.
Ability to work effectively with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and IT teams.
Exposure to regulatory requirements, financial reporting, and system implementation projects.
Solution Design and Database Architecture knowledge is a positive-to-have.
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
Minimum 2 years of tenure at a single organization (fewer job switches preferred).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA / MBA only.
