## JOB DETAILS
Managing clients end to end, creating and making presentations, ideating and coming up with solutions, concepts, and ideas as per the client's brief. Guiding and assisting the client in selecting the right solution. Briefing and managing the operations teams, coordinating event set-ups with vendors. Whenever required, creating cost estimates and invoices, follow-up for payments. To manage and execute multiple key accounts and event projects across the globe. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Willingness to travel. Travelling onsite for execution, coordinating with vendors as per specification and within timelines and with short notice. Responsible for establishing relationships with the clients of the company. Build long-term relationships with recent and existing customers.



Responsible for attending meetings with clients or interacting with them via telephone or written communication. Responsible for overcoming the resistance of the clients and their objections to services. Responsible for advising the higher management about the client needs. Responsible for taking enquiry details from clients accurately. Responsible for preparing and providing weekly scheduled plans.
