Role Description*
nThis is a full-time remote role for a Trainer at The Equity School. The Trainer will design and deliver financial education and qualified certification training sessions, develop learning materials, assess trainee progress, provide one-on-one guidance, and continuously update training content to reflect current market trends.
Additionally, the Trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align educational programs with the organization's mission of empowering learners to achieve financial success.n
Qualifications*
Solid expertise in Financial Research, Investment Advisory, and Portfolio Management
Proven experience in Training, Instructional Design, and Educational Program Development
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in content creation for Financial Education and educational tools or platforms
Adaptability to remote work environments and the ability to engage with diverse learner profiles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related field
Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or related qualifications are advantageous
Passion for teaching and empowering individuals to achieve financial independence
