We are looking for a motivated HR Intern/Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment activities across technology and business roles . This role offers hands-on exposure to tech hiring, core IT hiring, and high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in learning different aspects of recruitment and technical skill sets . This internship focuses on practical exposure and learning rather than strict hiring targets , making it an excellent opportunity to build foundational HR and recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities for technology and business roles
- Assist in tech hiring, core IT hiring, and high-volume recruitment
- Post and manage job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Conduct resume screening and pre-screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS
- Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment coordination
- Gain exposure to different technical roles and skill sets
