Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement of tractor parts/components (engine, transmission, hydraulics, etc.)
- Work extensively on SAP for purchase orders, vendor master, inventory tracking, and reporting
- Perform ABC Analysis to categorize inventory and optimize stock levels and procurement planning
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production plan
- Monitor supplier performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery QCD)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
- Maintain procurement data, reports, and compliance documentation
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field
- 4-10 years of experience in direct procurement in automobile or tractor industry
- Hands-on experience in SAP (MM module preferred)
- Solid knowledge of inventory management techniques including ABC Analysis
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of automotive/tractor components
- Analytical mindset with good communication skills
