Job Title: Primary Maths Teacher

Job Location: Alandi

Job Summary:
The Maths Teacher is responsible for teaching mathematics concepts to students in a transparent, engaging, and effective manner, helping them build strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver mathematics lessons as per the prescribed curriculum
- Explain mathematical concepts using simple, step-by-step methods
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials
- Use teaching aids, activities, and real-life examples to make learning effective
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classwork
- Identify learning gaps and provide extra support where required
- Maintain records of attendance, lesson plans, and student progress
- Prepare students for examinations and periodic assessments




- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, and academic activities

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.A.) with Mathematics
- B.Ed

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Good communication and explanation skills
- Classroom management ability
- Patience and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge for teaching and record-keeping

Experience:

- At least one year experience
